Cancellation Policy

Except as modified by the Arbitrator(s), no cancellation fee applies if arbitration is canceled or rescheduled more than 21 days before the scheduled hearing date. A written notice is required.

 

If canceled or rescheduled between 21 and 7 days before the hearing, a cancellation fee of 4 hours per arbitrator at the neutral's hourly rate will apply.

 

If canceled or rescheduled within 7 days of the hearing, the fee increases to 8 hours per arbitrator at the neutral's hourly rate.Cases booked within the 21-day cancellation window are subject to this policy.

 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include the matter number, name, original hearing date, and reasoning for the cancellation. Please copy all participants.

 

This policy ensures fair scheduling for clients and neutrals and will be confirmed via email with all relevant participants prior to the hearing.
